Role Overview
Strategic Account Management: Manage high-impact seller accounts that contribute to over 20% of the category’s total business volume.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with top-tier sellers.
Customer Experience: Drive improvements in customer-facing inputs to enhance overall satisfaction.
Category Growth: Execute strategies to achieve specific category objectives and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Seller Representation: Act as the primary internal advocate for sellers, representing their needs and challenges within Amazon.
Communication Management: Build and maintain clear communication channels across all levels of the seller’s organization.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive growth plans through data-driven account planning.
Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and execute business opportunities that create value for both the seller and Amazon.
Project Oversight: Manage various improvement initiatives, projects, and new product launches within the category.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Business Development and Onboarding teams to streamline seller integration and performance.
Operational Excellence: Consult with sellers to improve their operational metrics and ensure a superior consumer experience.
Data Analysis: Conduct deep-dive business analysis to monitor performance and identify future growth trends.
Executive Reporting: Provide regular, high-level reports and data-backed action plans to leadership.
Additional Information
Qualifications
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Sales Experience: Proven experience in prospecting, qualifying leads, and cold-calling companies.
Preferred Tools: Experience with pipeline management and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Performance History: A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
